This one-year initiative is designed to enhance geoinformatics capacity and its application in the agricultural sector in Jordan. The primary objectives of the project are as follows:
- Enhancing Geoinformatics Capacity: To empower participants with advanced knowledge and skills in geoinformatics, remote sensing, and UAV technology to effectively apply these techniques in agricultural development.
- Agricultural Development in Jordan: To improve agricultural practices in Jordan through the application of geoinformatics and precision agriculture techniques, leading to increased crop yield, resource management, and sustainable agricultural practices.
- Knowledge Sharing and Sustainability: To facilitate knowledge sharing among participants and ensure the sustainability of the project's impact beyond the training program.
- Gender Equality: Promoting gender equality by ensuring equal participation and representation of women in the training program.
