TheĀ IS2H4CĀ project is driving the transition fromĀ industrial symbiosis to Hubs for Circularity (H4C), focusing onĀ decarbonization, resource efficiency, and circular economyĀ in heavily industrialized regions across Europe. our research developsĀ methodologies to assess socio-economic impacts and optimize hydrogen-based heating solutions in industrial and residential settings. we evaluateĀ regional hydrogen supply chains, policy frameworks, and financial models, ensuring the feasibility of large-scale adoption.Ā We focusĀ on real-world demonstration, analyzing pilotĀ hydrogen integration projectsĀ to assess technical performance, sustainability, and social acceptance. By combiningĀ techno-economic analysis, industrial policy research, and real-world data, we help shapeĀ scalable, circular, and low-carbon energy solutions, paving the way for theĀ next generation of sustainable industrial hubsĀ across Europe.
